Big Boy!

Well folks, I turned five months old on Saturday.
I now weigh in at just over 20 pounds!
I have also had a big milestone; my first tooth has appeared!
While I can't really chew yet, I do like pears and cereal.

I am rolling over (both ways) proficiently now.

I really like to sing and talk and play and laugh.
I'm very ticklish!

My Very First

Christmas.
I wasn't sure what to make of the whole event.

We took a lot of pictures! (Mom went camera crazy!)
In the morning, there were all of these pretty packages.
I really liked all of the ribbons!
I had a little help opening the gifts.
This is my new friend - rubber duckie. I found him in my stocking.
It turns out that I really liked Christmas!
Thanks for all of the great gifts!
Happy Holidays!

FOUR...

months old!
Mom and Dad say that I am getting 'So Big!'
Some of my favorite things to do are sitting in laundry baskets,
chewing on mittens,
(or just my own fingers).
I also like to play 'Peek-a-boo!'
This is me pretending to be a doctor.

My favorite thing of all is my big brother, Max.

Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope that you all had a good Turkey day.
We went to our friends' house in Washington D.C.
Dad read Max and Adeline and I stories.
This is the dinner that I didn't get to eat.
Oh well, maybe next year!

My Parents are Crazy!

Who buys a snowsuit to go to the beach?!

Honestly, I think my folks are nuts.
(The ocean was pretty though!)

Backblogged - part 2

Wow! We are in Maryland now!
Since we've moved, our friend Adeline came to play with us twice.
She did some tummy time with me!
We also celebrated my first Halloween. We walked around the block near our house and it took us a whole hour. Mom and Dad say it's because all of our neighbors are so nice and wanted to talk. I think they all just like hot dogs!
All in all, I'm havin' a great time on the 'ol Eastern Shore!

Backblogged - part 1

When we moved from the Midwest to the East Coast,
It was hard to say goodbye to everyone.
I got lots of hugs from Grandma Aasen,
and Grandma Westlund.
I had a nice talk with Aunt Chelsey.
The flights from Eau Claire to Minneapolis, and from there to Dulles, were okay.
We only had a few minutes to make the transfer, though, and we almost missed our plane!
(Who knew that Mom could run that fast?!)
Well, we're in Maryland now and settling in just fine!

Feelin' Great!

Yesterday I went to my two month check up.
According to my doctor, I'm doin' great!
I weighed in at 16.7 lbs.
They tell me that I'm 'off the charts', whatever that means!
Anyway, it was a good visit - except the part were I got my vaccinations. Ouch!
I feel good enough today to be a hat model!

Lost in Translation...

and that's all I have to say about that.

Two Months!

I turned two months old on Saturday,
and I am really happy about it!
I am sleeping so well!
Mom and Dad put me to bed at 7pm and
I only wake up once for a snack before I get up at 7am.
I weigh in at about 16 pounds.
I smile all the time! (Especially at my big brother, Max!)
If you hold me, I can hold my head up pretty steadily.
I like tummy time, too!
All in all, my life has been terrific so far!

A Fashion Show!

A fun print camp shirt and floppy hat just scream - Spring!
For Summer, a cool retro jumpsuit fits the bill.
Argyle sweater vests are sure to be the rage this Fall.

A long sleeve oxford can be easily accessorized
and layered for those chilly autumn nights
***
and to top it all off...
Winter calls for a cozy stocking cap
(with grunge-chic earflaps, of course)!

A Little Visit

Grandma W. came to visit this Labor Day.
As she say's "We had a Hoot!"
