Rub-a-Dub-Dub!

Today I had my first tub bath. It was lots of fun!

My brother, Max, helped scrub me up.

He is a very good helper.

Although the experience was new,

I demonstrated that I will most likely enjoy many more of these.

The next step is getting lotioned, clothed and fed

(Dad can only do two of the three)!

Sounds like a plan to me!

Sunbathing!

My doctor told me to be sure to get plenty of sunshine to help with my jaundice.

Since I don't want to be yellow forever, I try to bask in the rays when I can!

What? I'm one week old!

Mom and Dad took pictures of my big brother Max on this same rug; one every month.

I hope I get to be big and strong, like him!

Life 'on the outside'

Here I am!

My name is Kai

I arrived on Sunday, July 29th to start my life 'on the outside'.

At 1:31pm I made my way into the world via Cesarean section.

I weighed 10 pounds and 6.3 ounces and measured 23.75 inches long.

Things are a little fuzzy at the moment, but I know that with a little time and help from my family, I'll be just fine.

Well, It's been nice talking to you all! I can't wait to meet you!
