Surprise!

It's my birthday!

I am one year old today and I sure love it!
I am communicating really well for such a youngster.

I have many signs that I know

(like - 'more', 'eat', 'milk', 'baby', 'sleep', 'cracker', 'dog', 'cat', 'bird' and 'water').

I also can say these words.

(Some are really clear; like 'baby', 'cracker', 'duck' and 'bottle' and of course 'mama' and 'daddy'.

I also like to say 'neigh! neigh!' when I see a horse.)

I can cruise, stand up for quite awhile, and even walk (if you hold my hand).

I will be chasing Max around on my own really soon!

I have eight teeth and I really like to feed myself (especially bananas and pretzels).

I even try to say 'pretzel'.

My favorite toys are my ball and my duck (both of which I can sign and say).

(I also really like my stuffed kitty.)

I love to laugh and give big sloppy wet open mouthed kisses.

My favorite time of day is bath time.

I Fought the Law...

I had an outdoor playdate with the police.

Actually it was a rubber police car.

I had a great time pushing it and chasing it all around the deck.

Sometimes it would roll really fast, and almost get away.

But I caught it every time!

How Much Is That?

I don't know how many '60' is, but I heard it is a pretty good number.

I don't know what Independence day is, but I do know that I had fun!

I rode a carousel for the very first time.

I took my job in the saddle pretty seriously!
I also played my first carnival game - pick a duck.

I won a ... duck. (A stuffed one!)

I think my favorite thing, though was eating...
